Abstract

The prevalence of dysmenorrhea among young women and adolescents is extremely high. Diagnosis of primary and secondary forms of dysmenorrhea at a young age makes it possible to choose a reasonable pathogenetic progesterone therapy, which will combine high efficiency and at the same time reduce unwanted drug and hormonal during long-term therapy of the disease.
