Abstract

Objective:To study the value of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods:135 patients with infertility treated by laparoscopy and pregnancy rate after operation were reviewed.Results:All patients were operated successfully.Post operation pregnancy rate of 29 patients with endometriosis was 69%.38 patients with pelvic adhesion was 50%.17 patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome was 53.9% .28 patients with tube blockage was 44.5% .And 23 patients with other kinds of disease was 30.4%.Conclusions:Laparoscopic surgery of infertility is simple and effective.The most patients pregnancyed in a year after operation.
