Curative effects on laparoscopic surgery joint gestrinone for 70 cases with ovarian endometriosis

Objective To observe the curative effect of laparoscopic surgery joint gestrinone for the treatment of ovarian endometriosis.Methods 70 cases of patients with laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups,each group with 35 cases.The patients in observation group accepted gestrinone,while the control group with no gestrinone after the surgery,and then follow-up for more than one year.Results The operation time,amount of bleeding,intraoperative bed activity time and average hospitalization time of observation group were lower than control group,the difference were statistically significant (P 0.05).The pregnancy rate and the recurrence rate,the observation group were 62.86% and 17.14%,the control group were 45.71% and 20.00%,the difference were statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone can effectively improve the pregnancy rate,decrease the recurrence rate,and have small adverse reactions.
