Abstract

Ovarian apoplexy occurs in 0,5-2,5% of gynecological patients, in the structure of all acute gynecological diseases ranked third and accounting for 17%. The article presents modern data on the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of ovarian apoplexy. With the introduction of new technologies in recent years has changed the approach to diagnostic and treatment of ovarian apoplexy. At the present stage, it is necessary for all women with a form of hemorrhagic ovarian apoplexy surgery carried out by video laparoscopic and performs organ operations.
