Ближайшие и отдаленные результаты лечения апоплексии яичника

We have researched results of examination and treatment of 100 patients diagnosed with ovarian apoplexy, among those there were 60 with the painful form and 40 -with the hemorrhagic one. The diagnostics of this disease includes data of clinical examination, pelvic ultrasound, culdocentesis, laparoscopy, and examination of hormonal state as of the admission time and as of one month after the discharge from the hospital. The treatment for ovarian apoplexy was made in two stages. The first stage consisted of a surgery in case of the hemorrhagic form (ovariorrhaphy and enucleation of envelopes of cysts), or conservative therapy in case of the painful form (infusion and resolving therapy, resolving therapy, and spasmolytics). All the women were discharged in satisfactory condition. The second stage of the treatment was the correction of the revealed disorders, performed by means of hormonal treatment combined with cyclical vitaminotherapy, medications improving cerebral blood flow, and resolving therapy. After the treatment (in six months) none of the women had any complaints, their menstrual periods were regular, and 12 women got pregnant.
