Summary In the article, an analysis of the cytokine profile in pregnant women, operated in pregravid period on for endometriosis, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the appointment with the therapeutic and prophylactic purpose of dydrogesterone in the first half of pregnancy. It is proved that in pregnant women with endometrioid disease the Th1 type immune response predominates, which necessitates the use of gestagens in the first half of the gestational period with a therapeutic and prophylactic purpose. The appointment of dydrogesterone in the first half of pregnancy to women with endometrioid desease leads to a statistically significant decrease in the number of cases of threat of termination of pregnancy, the threat of premature birth, placental dysfunction, fetal distress, caesarean section, small birth for gestational age of the fetus.
