Clinical Analysis of 68 Cases on Non-prolapsed Uterus Vaginal Hysterectomy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the non-prolapsed uterus vaginal surgical methods and clinical value.Methods:During June 2006 to August 2008,to collect 68 cases in our hospital which implemented the non-prolapsed uterus vaginal surgery,in which 47 cases were uterine myoma,14 cases were adenomyosis,dysfunctional uterine bleeding in 7 cases,and surgical methods,key points,such as indications and contraindications to be discussed.Results:68 cases of vaginal surgery are successful,no postoperative infections,bleeding and organ damage,no laparotomy in the middle of the operation,after three months follow-up no other complications occurred.Conclusion:The non-prolapsed uterus vaginal surgery suit to the patients'uterine activity good,no obvious abdominal adhesions basin,vaginal more relaxed,there are clear indications with surgery,the sur-gical procedures with less trauma and faster postoperative recovery,shorter hospitalization time,No abdominal scar,low cost,it is worth popular-ization and application at the grass-roots hospitals.
