Abstract

The aim of the study was to study a clinical case of infertility in a patient due to endometriosis of the uterine body (adenomyosis) and to choose management tactics. This clinical case demonstrates the need to identify this pathology as one of the causes of infertility and prescribe therapy to overcome infertility. Diagnostic criteria for detecting this pathology were complaints of heavy uterine bleeding, dysmenorrhea, as well as data from gynecological examination and ultrasound examination of the pelvic organs.
