Changes of the Levels of Serum CA_(125)、EMAb and Sexual Hormones Both Before and After Laparoscopic Monopole Electromyolysis for the Treatment of Adenomyosis

【Objective】To investigate the changes of the levels of serum CA_(125)、EMAb and sexual hormones before and after laparoscopic monopole electromyolysis for the treatment of adenomyosis.【Methods】 Twenty-six cases of adenomyosis were performed with laparoscopic monopole electromyolysis.The levels of serum CA_(125)、EMAb and sexual hormones were detected both before and after therapy.【Results】 After therapy,the levels of serum CA_(125)、EMAb decreased significantly.There was no statistical difference between the measurements of FSH、LH、E_2 before and after surgery(P0.05,).No one appeared to have menopause change.【Conclusion】Laparoscopic monopole electromyolysis may decrease the levels of serum CA_(125)、EMAb,but not affect the serum levels of FSH、LH and E_2.
