Abstract

It was carried out clinico-laboratory inspection of 550 women, which were suffering from the early-term pregnancy losses. Based on hysteroscopic visualization endoscopic macrotypes are allocated: hypoplastic, hyperplastic, admixed. Pathomorfological research of aspiration biopsies of endometrium from these women was perfomed. The efficiency of therapy with high-amplitude short-wave low-frequency electric signals used in the complex treatment in 269 women with various pathogenetic types of the chronic endometritis was evaluated. A second group comprised 67 women with the similar pathogenetic types of the chronic endometritis, who had undergone therapies without SCENAR therapy in complex treatment. 54 patients (3rd group) have refused the offered rehabilitation actions. New data about of frequency of restoration of reproductive function after treatment at various pathogenetic types of the chronic endometritis is obtained. It is demonstrated high effective of electric impulse therapy with using SCENAR apparatus in complex therapy by various pathogenetic types of the chronic endometritis of high frequency of approach of pregnancy and its favorable outcomes. It is established that SKENARtherapy promotes more considerable decrease in failures of pregnancy in comparison with traditional treatment of the chronic endometritis and at ignoring of rehabilitation actions.
