The paper gives data 1890 women with pelvic pain associated with sterility. Despite the heterogenic etiology pelvic abdominalgia and reproductive health can be combined in the same patients, this having a large advantage during the medico-diagnostic laparoscopy allowing both to establish the cause of the states and to herform their pathogenetically grounded surgical correction. Miniinvasive laparoscopic treatment to achieve the regression of pelvialgia in more than 50% of cases aft er the curative stage of operation, and to restore the reproductive function in 9,26-33,3% of patients.
