Abstract
Objective
To investigate the evaluation on ovarian reserve function in patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst by anti-Mllerian hormone(AMH).
Methods
Fifty patients with laparoscopic surgery for ovarian endometriosis cyst were collected and were compiled for cyst group, 50 infertility patients caused by fallopian tube obstruction were compiled for obstruction group. Serum AMH levels of two groups were detected and compared.
Results
The serum AMH level was (0.99±0.33)ng/ml in cyst group, and (1.60±0.21)ng/ml in obstruction group, the difference was significant between the two groups (P=0.025).
Conclusions
Compared with infertility patients caused by fallopian tube obstruction, the serum AMH level of patients with ovarian endometrial cyst is lower, reflecting that the ovarian reserve function of patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst is worse.
