The accuracy of ultrasound compared to magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of deep infiltrating endometriosis: A narrative review
This review found that transvaginal ultrasound and MRI demonstrate similarly accurate performance in detecting deep endometriosis, with MRI adding little value when dynamic TVUS is correctly performed.
