Effects of laparoscopic surgery combined with medication in treatment of ovarian endometriosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects and safety of combinative treatment with laparoscopy and gestrinone on ovarian endometriosis.Methods A total of 106 cases diagnosed ovarian endometriosis were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the observation group by laparoscopy during form January 2009 to December 2010.The patients in the treatment group were given 2.5 mg of gestrinone for 6 months after operation.The cases in observation group had not taken any hormone.All patients were followed up until December 2011 to observe the therapeutic effect and recurrence.Results All the patients were successfully completed the laparoscopic surgery,the treatment group drug adverse reaction mild,all patients finished the total course,and treatment efficient and postoperative pregnancy rate was significantly higher than the observation group,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Ovarian endometriosis patients using laparoscopic surgery,postoperative joint pregnant three ketene drug treatment,the treatment effect is remarkable,and can remarkablely decrease the recurrence rate,the pregnancy rate can improved,and have small side effects,worth of clinical application.
