Hintergrund Die Adenomatoiden Tumoren sind gutartigen Neubildungen des männlichen und weiblichen Genitalorganes. Sie haben eine Häufigkeit von ca. 0,04%-1,2%. Es ist heute akzeptiert, dass diese Tumortyp von Mesothel ableitet, weil bei immunhistologischer Untersuchungsergebnisse zeigt sich ein typischer Marker von mesothelial Herkunft. Im Uterus sind diese asymptomatisch mit typischer subseröser oder intramuraler Lokalisation. In Zusammenhang, dass das sonographische Bild des Tumors den diagnostischen Kriterien von Myom entspricht, ist Uterusmyom die primäre präoperative Diagnose, die danach histologisch als Adenomatoid Tumor gesichert wird.

Material und Methoden Fallpräsentation einer 35-jährige Nullipara, die mit einer symptomatische, sonografisch solider, Ovarialzyste von ca. 4 cm groß eingewiesen wurde. Bei der gynäkologischen bimanuelle Untersuchung zeigte sich ein unauffälliger Befund. Bei der Transvaginalsonographie ließ sich als Nebenbefund einen verkalkten Tumor mit scharfen Grenzen darstellen. Doppler negativ. Der maximale Durchmesser des Knotens war 3.8 cm. Aufgrund des Befundes wurde eine Ovarialzystenexstirpation rechts sowie Myomenukleation geplant. Laparoskopisch zeigte sich in bereits beschriebenen Lokalisation die solide Ovarialzyste sowie scharf begrenzter knotiger Tumor des Uterus. Zusätzlich konnte Endometriose-verdächtige Herd links im Douglas-Raum dargestellt werden. Es erfolgte die Zystenbalg Exzision recht und die Myomenukleation mit intrakorporale Naht zur Uteruswand Adaptation, sowie die PE aus Douglas für weitere histologische Abklärung. Ergebnisse Laut das pathologische Bericht, es zeigten sich Luteinesierte Follikelzyste Ovar rechts, Endometriosis genitalis externa Douglas links. Nach ergänzender immunohistochemischen Untersuchung mit Carletinin zeigte sich ein Adenomatoid Tumor.
