Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of female Infertility for pelvic diseases.Methods:Laparoscopic was conducted in 486 cases of infertility and experiment with methylene blue staining fluid dynamically examined the conditions of Fallopian tubes, and operative laparoscopic was performed simultaneously.Results:Pelvic diseases were found in 457 cases , accounting for 97.65%, among which, pelvic inflammation diseases (PID) was the most common one, followed by endometriosis (EMS) and polycystic ovary in order 81.65% of patients with obstructed Fallopian tubes in both sides caused by PID and 11.00% of ones caused by EMS.After the operations of fimbria expansion or salpingostomy, the reopen rate of Fallopian tubes was 63.71%.Conclusion:Laparoscopic can be used to identify the pelvic diseases relate to infertility, to examine the conditions of Fallopian tubes and to perform operation simultaneously, and for infertility patients of reasons were not understand to be diagnosed and treated as soon as possible, so that the time needed for diagnosis and treatment can be greatly shortened.
