These lesions typically localize in specific anatomical areas and require careful assessment, as they can be confused with other related conditions, including rare variants with subtle features. Despite their clinical importance, the underlying etiology and optimal management strategies for PFOL remain inadequately understood. This report aims to illuminate a rare subtype of these lesions, contributing valuable insights to the existing literature and underscoring the necessity for precise differentiation from similar conditions.
