Abstract

Fragestellung: Die tief infiltrierende rektovaginale EM zeigt Eigenschaften von malignen Tumoren. In einer Studie konnten EM-Läsionen in mesorektalen Lymphknoten (LK) nach Darmteilresektion bei rektovaginaler EM dargestellt werden. Es ist unklar, ob diese Beobachtung ein lokales Phänomen oder ein systemischer Prozess ist. Daher wurde eine prospektive Studie zum Vorkommen von EM in pelvinen SLK bei Patientinnen mit rektovaginaler EM durchgeführt.
