ASSESSMENT OF MICROCIRCULATORY DISORDERS BY LASER DOPPLER FLOWMETRY IN GYNECOLOGICAL DISEASES (REVIEW)

Abstract
Currently, one of the most developing diagnostic areas is the study of microcirculation. The main interest for doctors is local changes in microcirculation, which occur directly in the organ under study. Due to the fact that vascular disorders play an important role in the pathogenesis of gynecological diseases, an assessment of the state of microcirculation in patients with various diseases is of great importance for obtaining new data on the development of pathology and choosing a treatment strategy, as well as for evaluating the effectiveness of therapy. Laser doppler flowmetry is a non–invasive method for diagnosing microcirculatory disorders. And today, this research method is successfully used in cardiology, pulmonology, therapy, diabetology, oncology, urology, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, dermatology, dentistry, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, infectology and other fields of medicine. Laser doppler flowmetry has no contraindications for use. The choice of the research object is directly determined by the tasks of functional diagnostics in each specific case. In addition, the method of laser doppler flowmetry can be successfully applied in conjunction with other methods to assess microcirculation, which not only does not contradict the research results, but on the contrary, confirms its effectiveness. There are various manifestations of microcirculation disorders, namely: hyperemic, spastic, spastic-atonic, structurally degenerative, stagnant and stasis forms. The article summarizes the data of the scientific literature on microcirculation disorders in patients with various gynecological diseases. The technique of laser doppler flowmetry for assessing local changes in the microcirculation of the pelvic organs is presented, and the results of the clinical use of this method are also presented.
