Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of endometriosis after cesarean section.Methods 376 pregnant women with cesarean section in our hospital from December 2011 to October 2013 underwent high frequency color Doppler ultrasound,in whom 23 cases of endometriosis were selected as observation group and 353 pregnant women without endometriosis as control group.Clinical value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of endometriosis was analyzed.Results Patients with endometriosis after cesarean section were mostly over 30 years old,whose menstrual blood was abundant.Blood flow spectrum was low velocity and high resistance,with not homogeneous low echo and burr shape edge.Patients had tenderness.Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasound can accurately diagnose endometriosis after cesarean section,with simple and non-invasive operation,worthy of clinical application.
