Оптимизация лечения наружного генитального эндометриоза с использованием антиоксидантных средств

The objective of research is optimization of external genital endometriosis treatment by including the antioxidatic agents in complex therapy. 22 patients with external genital endometriosis (EGE) of various degree of activity are surveyed. All patients were performed operations by laparoscopic access. Indicators of antioxidative protection are studied: relation of concentration of active forms of hepatocuprein and transferrin in bloods, and also NO-binding ability of blood, antioxidative agent therapy was performed before treatment and after performed complex treatment along with hormonal treatment. Appreciable depression of antioxidative activity of peripheric blood and rising of NO-binding ability of proteins in blood at patients with EGE is revealed. Application in complex therapy of antioxidative and resolvents is pathogenetically proved and allows to improve the life quality at woman with EGE, to reduce the number of recurrence of this disease and to increase percent of pregnancy cases.
