Clinical Value of Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Infertility

Objective To evaluate the value of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of primary infertility.Methods 128 patients with primary infertility were examined and treated by hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.Results 109 among 128 patients were found to have the causes of primary infertility,the main causes were pelvic adhesion (29.69%),endometriosis (18.75%) and oviduct obstruction (14.06%).The rate of pregnancy was 54.28% in 105 patients followed up.Conclusion The examination by hysteroscopy and laparoscopy can not only find the reasons of primary infertility as early as possible,but also treat them,which is good for raising the rate of pregnancy.
