Research the Symptom Characteristic of SD Rat Model by Endometrial Transplant Method

Objective:We will research the relationship between endometriosis(EMT) qi stagnation and blood stasis symptom and SD rat model by endometrial transplant method.Besides,we will discuss evaluation method of animal model of combined disease and syndrome.Method:Firstly,we built EMT qi stagnation and blood stasis symptom standard by comparison microscopic index between EMT patients and healthy women.Secondly,we establish SD rat model by endometrial transplant method and measured corresponding index.Then,we evaluated reliability of this animal model combing effect of Chinese Traditional herb.Results:This rat model can simulate EMT qi stagnation and blood stasis symptom partly.Conclusion:After comparison to qi stagnation and blood stasis diagnosis standard,we think that both of them have several similarities.However,EMT SD rat model cannot entirely simulate EMT qi stagnation and blood stasis.We should have further research in order to find better animal model combined disease and syndrome.
