Abstract

Objective To investigate the value of B-ultrasound diagnosis in woman pelvic pain.Methods Ninty patients from woman pelvic pain were analyzed with the results of ultrasonography.Results Thirtyfive cases with ectopic pregnancy,five cases with early pregnancy,four cases with early pregnancy with pedicle torsion of an ovarian cyst,tow cases with early pregnancy with dermoid cyst,twenty cases with ovarian endometriosis,three cases with hysteromyoma,fifteen cases with ureteral stone,six cases with appendicitis.Conclusion B-ultrasound is quick and greatly valuable for clinical diagnosis in woman pelvic pain and may be used as the first choice method.
