Abstract

Objective: To Observe the effect of mifepristone after non-radical operation in the treatment of endometriosis.Meth-ods: 93 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly,the treated group(n=53) received the treatment of non-radical operation and mifepristone.,the control group only received operation,the clinical effect and adverse effect were compared between two groups.Results: The treated group was better than control group at improving symptoms,such as alleviation of dysmenorrhoea,hypogastralgia,lumbosacral algesia and intercourse pain(P 0.01).Conclusion: The combination of non-radical operation with mifepristone is the better treatment in endometriosis.
