Abstract
目的:探讨腹腔镜术后米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效.方法:选择2009～2011年郑州大学第五附属医院子宫内膜异位症患者156例,腹腔镜术后将患者随机分为两组,每组78例,观察组给予米非司酮+桂枝茯苓,对照组只给予米非司酮,观察两组在复发、受孕及有效率方面的差异.结果:观察组11例复发,对照组27例复发.观察组受孕率、有效率均高于对照组(P＜0.05)；无效率两组比较差异无统计学意义.结论:对于子宫内膜异位症患者,腹腔镜术后使用米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓可降低患者复发率,提高受孕率,值得临床推广.
