Fertil Steril 2017; 107: 996 – 1002 Die chirurgische Sanierung einer Endometriose erfolgt vorzugsweise minimalinvasiv. Ob diese Patientinnen von roboterassistierten Laparoskopieverfahren profitieren, wird in der Literatur kontrovers diskutiert. Eine US-amerikanische Arbeitsgruppe hat diese Fragestellung anhand eines prospektiven Patientenkollektivs untersucht.
