Abstract
Objective To discuss the treatment of the pelvic pain induced by endometriosis.Methods Operative results of different surgical modalities in 53 cases with endometriosis were analyzed,and compare the recrudescent rate of the group of 29 patients retreated by drug with the others.Results The relieving rate was 84.90% after operaton,the recrudescent rate of post operative drug therapy was 3.45%,and that of the control was 29.17%(P0.05).Conclusion Operative treatment is effective for the pelvic pain induced by endometriosis,and post operative drug therapy can induce the recrudescent rate evidently.
