Abstract

Ovarian artery can participate in a variety of disorders of pelvic gynecologic blood supply,especially on one or both sides of uterine artery agenesis,dysplasia,presence of associated with maternal uterine bleeding disease cases occurred at a higher rate.Therefore,in the application of uterine artery embolization for the treatment of Obstetrics and Gynecology pelvic disease,appear the situation should be alert to the ovarian artery involved in feeding,such as possible line of ovarian artery angiography to confirm the diagnosis.Ovarian artery embolization treatment after most patient can pass through the collateral circulation reconstruction of ovarian artery blood flow perfusion.Therefore,embolization in pelvic disease blood supply of the ovarian artery is safe and acceptable.
