Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery. Methods 78 cases of endometriosis were treated with laparoscopic surgery. After operation, gestrinone and huoxue zhitong decoction were applied.78 cases were divided randomly into a treatment group(42 cases)and a control group(36 cases). In treatment group,gestrinone,2.5 mg was administered, twice a week, continuously for 3 months;afterwards, huoxue zhitong decoction was taken for 3 months. In control group,gestrinone,2.5 g was administered, twice a week, continuously for 6 months. Results The clinical efficacy, serum CA125 level, serum sex hormone level, recurrence rate and adverse reaction presented statistical significant difference in comparison between treatment group and control group(P0.05).Conclusion The allied program of gestrinone and huoxue zhitong decoction achieves the good clinical efficacy on endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery. This program of treatment can effectively remove the focus and clinical symptoms, obviously reduce the recurrence rate and has less side reaction in long-term application.Hence,it deserves to be promoted in clinic.
