Eleng Capsule combined with retention enema clinical observation of prevention and treatment of endometriosis cyst recurrence

Objective To study the E leng capsule combined with clinical effect of clysis treatment of endometrial cyst recurrence. Methods 120 cases of endometrial cyst operation patients,according to digital form in to E leng group and control group with 60 cases in each group,E leng patients in the postoperative oral E leng Capsule Combined with traditional Chinese medicine prescription Decoction retention enema,while the control group oral danazol capsule treatment,two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. Results E leng treatment group total effective rate 86. 21%,66. 07% in the control group,treatment two group E leng group than the control group( P 0. 05),the total efficiency of treatment was better than that of the control group( P 0.05); E leng group after 1 years recurrence rate was 13. 79%,control group,the recurrence rate was 33. 93%,and I prism group recurrence rate lower than the control group( P 0. 05); two patients after treatment,serum E2,P,PRL were improved compared with before treatment( P 0. 05),E leng group improved better than the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion E leng Capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema can improve symptoms in patients with endometrial cyst obviously after operation and regulate the level of sex hormones,and reduce cyst recurrence rate.
