Abstract

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis rectum to the vagina.Methods Retrospective analysis on the clinical data May 2000-August 2007 twenty six cases treated after surgery with pathologically confirmed the endometriosis rectum to the vagina.Results The average age of onset was 36years old,the clinical manifestations is sexual intercourse lower abdomer pain,pain,anal lapse,rectal lesions touched vaginal septum,CA125 can be a dynamic monitoring indicators.Preoperative medication for six months to stop immediately after surgical treatment;confirmed by pathology:vaginal rectal endometriosis.After regular follow-up with no recurrence.Conclusion Endometriosis rectum to the vagina must be diagnosed by attending inspection,transrectal ultrasonography is useful diagnostic value.Surgery is the best treatment methods.
