Protection of ovarian function during gynecologic laparoscopic surgery

One of the key points in the advancing gyneacologic laparoscopic technology is that how to protect the ovarian function in gynecological laparoscopic procedure. We should understand and make correctly use of the electrical surgical instruments,and make the damage of the ovarian tissue to reduce to a minimum in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery; Moreover,It is necessary to further explore the impact of surgery on ovarian function for laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy,ovarian drilling,hysterectomy and tubal surgery,and how to take the surgical methods and indications properly; to explore appropriate ways of monitoring ovarian function and accurate response to changes in ovarian function.
