Analysis the prognosis of ovary endometriosis after conservative laparoscopic surgery

Objective To discuss the effect of ovarian endometriosis cyst after laparoscopic conservative surgery combined gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue(GnRH-a)on patients with different nationalities,postoperative recurrence,pregnancies and postoperative symptoms.Methods A retrospective analysis clinical data of 160 patients ovary endometriosis first under treatment of conservative laparoscopic surgery.After 16 months′ follow-up time,apart from 11 cases lost to follow-up,finally 149 cases included in the research,including 70 cases of Uyghurs and 79 cases of Han nationality.Have fertility requirements of 57 patients with postoperative follow-up pregnancies,according to whether or not to use GnRH-a drug after operation the patients were divided into treatment group and no treatment group,analyzed the effects of GnRH-a on pregnancy rate;Compared te differences between Uyghurs and Han nationality pregnancies,and the rate of postoperative symptoms and postoperative recurrence after the medical treatment.Resluts 57 patients with preoperative infertility,29 cases with postoperative pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 47.37%.Pregnancy rate differences between the groups with and without medication has no statistical significance(χ2=0.789,P 0.05),postoperative pregnancy rate difference between the Uyghurs and the Han nationality has no statistical significance(χ2=0.953,P 0.05).Postoperative treatment group in symptoms and recurrence were obviously different with no treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Ovarian endometriosis cyst laparoscopic conservative treatment after operation can increase pregnancy rate.Medical therapy has no influence on the pregnancy rate,postoperative medication can obviously alleviate the symptoms of the disease and reduce the recurrence,pregnancy rate between the Uyghurs and Han patients has no obvious difference.
