Abstract
Objective To research the clinical value of tension-free hernia patch in repairing the defect during resecting abdominal wall endometriosis.Methods Retrospective analysis of the records of 25 cases of abdominal wall endometriosis.8 cases' nidus diameter were5cm(application patch,group A),and 17 cases' were ≤5cm(no application patch,group B).Results There was no difference between group A and B in incision healing.Conclusion Application tension-free hernia patch to repair the defect during resecting abdominal wall endometriosis is safe and effective.
