Clinical analysis of endometriosis associated with infertility in 98 cases

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the impact of endometriosis(endometriosis) with infertility treatment related factors.Methods:Systematic review the clinical data of 98 cases of endometriosis associated with infertility.Results:In 98 patients,57 cases were endometriosisⅠ-Ⅱ,41 cases were endometriosisⅢ-Ⅳ;39 cases were primary infertility,59 cases are secondary infertility,they were successfully completed laparoscopic surgery.At the same time,used general solution technique with the methylene blue check the tubal,96 patients had at least one side smooth,fallopian tube recanalization was used in 2 cases of bilateral tubal obstruction.They were followed up for 6-24 months.39 cases successful pregnanted,the pregnancy rate was 39.8%.EndometriosisⅠ-Ⅱ had higher pregnancy rate thanⅢ-Ⅳ(P0.05),secondary infertility was significantly higher than primary infertility(P0.05).6 cases were recrudesced,1 case wasⅠ-Ⅱ,5 cases wereⅢ-Ⅳ.Conclusion:For patients with endometriosis associated with infertility,laparoscopy is an effective treatment to improve pregnancy rate.Pregnancy rate are related with clinical stage and infertility categories and the higher lesions the higher relapse rate after surgery.
