Качество жизни пациенток с хроническими воспалительными заболеваниями гениталий как критерий эффективности лечебно-профилактической помощи

Analysis of quality of life as an efficiency criterion of medical care was performed in patients with chronic vaginitis and their combination with chronic salpingo-ophoritis and endometritis after different treatment methods. Studying of quality of life was performed using Russian analogue of questionnaire «SF-36 Health status survey». The pathology mentioned above regardless the level of genital tract lesion even without recurrence harmfully influences on women psychological condition suggesting that integration of gynaecologists and psychologists and psychotherapeutists is necessary. Eftillin U use especially in combination with apparatus “Andro-Gyn” treatment contributed the significant improvement of quality of life parameters according to all scales and increase of pregnancy frequency as well.
