This retrospective study examined six archived cases (2000–2024) of cervical endometriosis in women aged 34–51 who presented with vaginal bleeding and underwent hysterectomy; three had been virgins with intact hymens. Histopathology showed endometriosis extending to the exocervix in all patients, with koilocytic changes present in every case, minimal acute/chronic inflammation, elevated serum CA-125, and no dysplasia; HPV immunostaining on cervical tissue was negative in all cases, and no HPV-related lesions developed on follow-up. A major limitation is the very small sample size and that no cervicovaginal smears were performed, which limits generalizability to screening cytology patterns.
