Abstract

Objective This paper is mainly to study hysteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic infertility clinical effect.Methods Patients undergoing hysteroscopic examination,and compare the pathological examination results,and make corresponding treatment.Results In 51 cases of infertility patients,with hysteroscopy in diagnosis of uterine cavity abnormalities in patients with a total of 40 cases.Hysteroscopy in assisted treatment of 38 cases.According to the hysteroscopic diagnosis results in the uterine cavity lesions,with endometrial polyps cause infertility cases was 45%,the highest,followed by intrauterine adhesions and endometriosis,respectively is 30% and12.5%.Hysteroscopy results and pathological diagnostic results compared to right,hysteroscopy diagnosis92.6%.Conclusion Hysteroscopy is effective in diagnosis of uterine cavity lesions caused by gynecology infertility,but also can accurately locate the site of the lesion and lesion extent,is worthy of clinical use.
