Abstract
Objective To research the effect of Qilishixiaolenge Decoction on artery resistant index of patients with endometriosis.Methods 29 patients with endometriosis were treated by enema of Qilishixiaolenge Decoction. Changes of uterine artery resistant index (RI) before and after treatment were observed using endovaginal color Doppler. Results There was a significant difference on RI in miduteal phase between before and after treatment (P0.05).Conclusion Qilishixiaolenge Decoction can improve uterine artery resistant index in patients with endometriosis in miduteal phase. And it can treat infertility induced by endometriosis.
