Empirical Study of Therapeutical Effect of DBJN on Endometriosis

Abstract
0bjective:To investigate the effect of DBJN on Endometriosis in rats.Methods:To build endometriosis models on SD rats(♀) and treated them for 30 days. And then PGE2 and TNF in blood and peritoneal exudates of rats were detected by RIA. Transpls of endometrial were observed by vivo and microscope. Results:E2 and corporin in serum and PGE2 and TNF in serum and peritoneal ex- udates of rats,volum and weight of transpls of endometrial were reduced by different doses of DBJN compared with the control group, P0.05～0.01. Pathohistology of these transpl shows more poor cystogenesis,expansion of glandular cavity and epitheliogenetic level in treated groups than in control group. Conclusion:DBJN can treat the endometriosis of rats.
