Clinical research of endometriosis associated with infertility

Objective To investigate the effect and clinical application value of surgery combined with goserelin ac etate in the treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility.Methods All of 106 patients with endometriosis and infertility were randomly divided into two groups,the control group were given surgery combined with danazol treatment,while the observation group were given open or laparoscopic surgery combined with goserelin acetic acid treat ment.The levels of the follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and estradiol,the pregnancy rate and recurrence rate after surgery of two groups were compared.Results The levels of the follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and estradiol were much lower after the treatment in each group(P 0.05),while there was no difference between the groups after the treatment(P 0.05).The recurrence rate and pregnancy rate between the groups was sta tistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The combination of laparoscopic surgery with goserelin acetic acid for patients of endometriosis associated with infertility patients,can effectively improve the pregnancy rate while reduce the recur rence rate,which is worth to be vigorously promoted.
