Clinical analysis of cesarean section incisional endometriosis

Objective To investigate the abdominal incision after cesarean section endometriosis diagnosis,risk factors and treatment.Methods A total of 46 hospitalized patients with cesarean section incisional endometriosis were retrospectively analyzed.The patientswere divided into the surgical treatment group(30 cases) and the drug group(16 cases),patient outcomes were observed and analyzed.Results Twenty-eight of 30cases of surgical treatment were curedand 7 of 12 cases of drug treatment were cured.The cure rate(93.33%) was significantly higher than the rate(68.75%) in the drug group with the statistically significant difference (χ2=4.888,P=0.027).There were significant differences between the two groups regarding menstruation cut ache,Incision pain and tumour size (χ2=8.214,10.518,5.056,P0.05).ConclusionsIncisional endometriosis cure rate in the surgery group was significantly higher than that in the drug group.The abdominal incision should be protected in the maternal cesarean section incision and the occurrence of endometriosis should be prevented.
