The Observation of Endometriosis on the Influence of Fallopian Tube by Laparoscopic

Objective: To discuss the relationship between the classification of endometriosis and tubal patency and analyze different stages(stage I and stage IV) of endometriosis on the influence of tubal function,and explore the different degrees of endometriosis induced infertility and tubal patency correlation.Method: 178 patients with endometriosis were divided into 4 groups according to the extent of disease(stage based on RAFS method,and they were divided into stage I group,stage II group,stage III group and stage IV group).All of the patients were treated with laparoscopic operation,and the tubal morphology and fallopian tube patency were observed during the operation.The patients were followed up,and then discussed the relevance of infertile and fallopian tube patency.Result: The tubal patency rates of the patients with stage I and stage II were 94.64% and 83.33%,which were higher than 71.43% and 53.12% of stage III and stage IV,and there were statistical significance(P0.05),pregnancy rate of stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ were 52.4% and 50% higher than 21.4% and 37.5% of stage I,II(P0.05) in one year.Conclusion: Mild endometriosis patients tubal patency rate is higher than stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ period patients,and there is a certain correlation of stage III and IV endometriosis induced infertility and fallopian tube patency,but early(stage I and stage II) endometriosis induced infertility has no significant correlation with fallopian tube patency.
