Abstract
Objective To study the effects of low dose mifelpristone on the treatment of endometriosis. Methods 38 patients with endometriosis were given mifelpristone 10mg per day within a period of 6 months. Clinical effects and the level of E2 and P were observed. Results Amenorrhea happened in all patients, pelvic pain disappeared. The uterine volume reduced. Ovary chocolate cysts reduced or disappeared. E2 and P were at lower level. Conclusions Mifelpristone has good effects on the treatment of endomeriosis,especially for the peri-menopausal women with endometriosis and for patients pre-operation and post-operation.
