Investigation of the Pathogenesis for the Infertility

【Objective】To explore the pathogenesis of infertility for directing the methods of treatment and prevention.【Methods】Twenty-two-hundred cases of infertility were selected in order to discover the types and pathogenesis of the infertility.【Results】①The rate of secondary infertility was visibly increased.②The rates of oviducal factors,endometriosis,polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS) and the male cause were 40.1%,30.05%,33% and 32.77%respectively;③The partner number of secondary infertility was significantly more than the primary(P0.05);④The rates of cervicitis,ectopic pregnancy,pelvic TB were respectively 34.4%,11.2%,6.2%.The infection rates of CT and UU in cervical secretion were 7.86% and 64.25%.【Conclusion】The factors of fallopian tube,endometriosis,PCOS and the male cause are the most important pathogenesis of the infertility.The rate of secondary infertility is incerased,and this situation is due to open sexual behavior before marriage.
