The Observation of the Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Interventional Ultrasound for 48 Patients of Ovarian Endometriotic Cysts

Objective: To explore the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with interventional ultrasound for ovarian endometriotic cysts.Methods: Select 48 patients with ovarian endometriotic cysts in our hospital from 2007 to 2008,treated them with traditional Chinese medicine combined with interventional ultrasound,set them as the experimental group;Selected 45 patients with ovarian endometriotic cysts receiving surgery in our hospital as the control group at the same period,compared the situation after treatment of two group patients.Results: The pregnancy and ovulation rate of two groups patients after treatment were not significantly different P0.05;In relapse rates,the recurrence rate of experimental group was 6.3%,the control group was up to 33.3%,2 patients in experimental group underwent re-operation,but 14 patients in control group underwent re-operation,the differences between two groups were significantly P0.01.Conclusion: The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with interventional ultrasound for patients with ovarian endometriotic cysts with lower recurrence rate,it is beneficial for postoperative recovery for patients.
