Abstract

Objective To discuss the sonogram characters of hypertrophy of uterus and endometriosis of uterus,in order to improve the rate of differential diagnosis.Methods 226 patients after operation of clinic service and hospitalization in my hospital were collected.They were preoperatively diagnosed as hypertrophy of uterus or simple internal-type endometriosis of uterus by ultrasonograph.Postoperatively pathological examination was made as control.The patients with endometriosis of uterus were divided into three groups according to different pathogenetic condition:low degree of endometriosis of uterus,anterior wall thickening of endometriosis of uterus posterior wall thickening of endometriosis of uterus.All of them were compared with the patients with hypertrophy of uterus and health persons.Results The volume of uterus of anterior and posterior wall thickening of endometriosis of uterus was obviously larger than that of hypertrophy of uterus.The shifting of uterus cavity line of the former was different from that of the latter.The procreation frequency and the days of menstruation of the former were fewer than that of the latter.The induced abortion frequency and time limit of menalgia of the former were more than that of the latter.Conclusion The sonogram characters of hypertrophy of uterus and endometriosis of uterus are significant,the two diseases can be definitely diagnosis and differential diagnosis by ultrasonograph conbinated with clinical data.
