Abstract
Objective: To determine the soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor1(SVEGFR1)levels of the urine in patients with endometriosis(EM,) finally to find a non-invasive laboratory indicator, and use urinary SVEGFR1 concentration to diagnose EM.Methods: Using ELISA method to test the urinary SVEGFR1 levels from 25 endometriosis patients and 15 benige ovarian tumors patients.Results:(1)The SVEGFR1 levels of urine from moderate-to-severe EM patients were significantly higher than control group(P=0.011.) According to the ROC curve of urine SVEGFR1,we found the sensitivity and specificity of urine SVEGFR1 in diagnosis of moderate-to-severe EM were 68% and 73% respectively, with cutoff value of 3828pg/ml.(2)There was no significant difference in neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)between EM patients and control group(P=0.088).(3)The combined markers of CA125 and SVEGFR1 had a sensitivity of 84% and specificity of 80% for diagnosing moderate-to-severe EM,with a cutoff value of 107199(CA125 multiply by NLR)(.4)Urine SVEGFR1 levels were higher in EM patients with dysmenorrhea, history of abortion and infertility(P=0.03;0.03;0.02).(5)There was no significant difference in endometrioma with different side(left or right)distribution(P=1.0)and the stages(P=0.194).Urinary SVEGFR1 levels in EM patients with different types showed no significant difference.Conclusions:(1)SVEGFR1 makes important sense in the occurrence of EM,Urinary SVEGFR1 levels in moderate-to-severe EM patients are significantly higher than control group.Urinary SVEGFR1 levels test is a non-invasive and rapid test method. It can be accepted better and used in clinic,It is meaningful for diagnosising moderate-to-severe EM with urinary SVEGFR1 levels≥3828pg/ml;Combined SVEGFR1 and CA125 to diagnose moderate-to-severe EM,the sensitivity and specificity are 84% and 80% respectively.
