This paper reports a rare case of broad ligament endometriosis in a young nulliparous woman from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, presenting with abdominal pain and discussed in the context of endometriosis commonly affecting females with similar symptoms. The authors note that in most previously reported cases, broad ligament endometriosis has a tendency to recur after surgical excision. The main finding is the presentation and documentation of one such case, aligning with the broader literature on recurrence patterns, though the paper does not provide a comparative cohort and is limited to a single case report. This paper is centrally about endometriosis — specifically rare endometriosis located in the broad ligament.
